We may collect account details you submit, newsletter consent records, saved preferences, site interactions, search activity, affiliate click events, security logs, and messages you send to us. Pitchvora’s first-party analytics is designed not to store names, email addresses, or IP addresses with ordinary page-view events.
We use information to operate accounts, deliver requested emails, personalize content, secure the service, improve editorial and product performance, measure affiliate referrals, comply with law, and prevent abuse.
Essential processing supports site operation, security, and requested services. Optional analytics, personalization, and marketing storage is controlled through the privacy choices interface. Newsletter messages are sent only to active subscribers with recorded consent.
We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, object storage, monitoring, sports data, and other infrastructure. We do not sell personal information. Affiliate partners may receive referral parameters when you voluntarily follow an affiliate link.
We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal requirements, security, and audits. We use access controls, secure cookies, password hashing, server-side secrets, backups, and monitoring, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
You may update optional privacy choices, unsubscribe from newsletters, request account correction or deletion, and contact Pitchvora about access or privacy questions. Rights vary by location.
Pitchvora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
